SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER

We are currently seeking Senior Java/J2EE Developers interested in making a significant contribution to SDG through their work at key clients and contributions to the best practices and strategic direction of our organization.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Senior Java/J2EE Developer consultant
- Full-time SDG salaried and benefited employee position
- Responsible for leading Java/J2EE development
Qualifications:
- Business knowledge and a deep understand of open source development and object oriented design and analysis
- Demonstrated experience through the full development cycle
- Five to seven years of Java/J2EE Development
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Breadth of J2EE experience – JSP, Servlets, EJBs, XML, WebServices, JMS, Application Services, JBOSS, Weblogic, Websphere
- Experience with Frameworks – Hibernate, Spring, Struts helpful
- Experience with Open Source tools like Groovy, Grails, Linux, Apache, Tomcat and MySQL helpful
- Previous exposure to UML, Use Cases, J2EE design patterns
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- College degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field preferred.
