Management

Solution Design Group Inc. (SDG) is a privately held corporation. The principle shareholders are William D. Francomb, Jeffrey J. Daniel and Keith O. Martin. All three have extensive experience in Information Technology, and Consulting Services.

The Management Team

William D. Francomb – Chairman of the Board
With over 30 years experience exceeding customer's expectations, Bill is the founder and guiding force behind the company.

A graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology, Bill also received a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Thomas. He is also a member of MENSA.

Jeffrey J. Daniel – CEO
Jeff has over 25 years of technical experience. Continuing to engage at the management level, Jeff helps clients conceptualize, manage and implement solutions critical to their business needs. With his extensive healthcare experience, Jeff has set the company standard for exceeding the expectations of our customers.

Jeff attended the University of Minnesota.

Keith Martin – President
Keith has over 20 years experience working in the IT consulting field. Prior to joining SDG, Keith worked for BORN Information Services and held several executive level positions including: Vice President of Operations, West Area Vice President, and Minneapolis Branch Manager. A graduate of St. Olaf College, Keith has also completed graduate programs in Business at St. Thomas University and the Carlson School of Management.
